How to Use Gogglebox TV

Text Help 1) Only getting 15 min viewing/ Cannot find serial number.
Try the serial.txt or the readme files that you downloaded; in the PCTV folder.

2) Just getting a page of jumble when I try download.
Try "Right clicking" the link and "save target/ file as" as instructed on the web site.

3) I have downloaded Gogglebox TV but the files wont instal/ I cannot see them.
Have you downloaded winrar? If not it's here - http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar361.exe . Once downloaded then follow the instructions in the instructions.txt file that is in the PCTV folder you have downloaded when you downloaded Gogglebox TV.

4)I have downloaded winrar and Gogglebox TV but what do i do now?
You go to the folder or place where you downloaded Gogglebox TV. There you will find a file called PCTV.rar....double click that.

Now highlight all of the files and use the EXTRACT button in winrar (its at the top, its a button that says extract) and extract the files so you know where to find them. Once you have extracted them go to where the files are located and double click the setup.exe file (NOT the setup1.exe file) and Gogglebox TV will start to install. If Microsoft .net is not installed it will start to install (this could take 5 mins). Once Gogglebox is installed then just add the serial number and away you go....

5) ActiveX security problem - If you get this message then it is a problem with the ActiveX security settings - This is not a fault on Gogglebox TV but you can view this help page regarding ActiveX - http://surfthenetsafely.com/activex.htm
